Students may also elect to enroll in Personal Finance where they will learn skills to become financially stable adults.
Simulated Workplace
Students lead the school store, The Minute Mart, where students can shop for school supplies, spirit wear, gifts, and snacks.
Students learn real-world skills including handling money, managing employees, monitoring inventory, and preparing financial statements.
Every year profits from the store are re-invested into the store for more supplies and provides several scholarships to Seniors.
FBLA
FBLA inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.
At LCHS, students have an opportunity to participate in many community service projects while preparing for competition.
This club is very active and continues to grow every year. We send several students to National Competitions located anywhere from Florida to California.
