The Federal Government has just extended the ability for State Child Nutrition Programs to allow meal delivery again this summer. The purpose of this survey is to determine interest and participation. Summer Food meal boxes are for any student or child between the ages of 2 and 18 that resides in Lewis County. The shelf-stable boxes will be prepared and shipped directly to the child’s home.
Please complete this form to have a shelf-stable meal kits delivered to your doorstep free of charge. You will need to complete this form one-time for EACH child in your household that qualifies. Delivery will begin the week of June 11, 2023, and continuing through the week of August 19th.
